I do not think that the amount of racism that was present in the 50's, is even comparable to the amount of racism today. Many advancements and improvements have been made to limit and abolish racism in the USA. Although, racism is still present, the amount of pain and agony that minorities have gone through in the past is rare to be seen today with any victim of racist attitude.
I do not think it as as prevelent today as it was in the 50's , I belive that we have mad much progress towards it's downfall and have become better becasue of it. although it may stilll exist in some areas today the overall comparision to back then and now showsa how much we have rid the world of it and how we have moved foward because of that.

ReplyDeleteI don't believe that it's as prevalent today as it was in the 50s; however, racism still exist today but is seen in very subtle ways in our time now.
